We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery
Once shipped, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Multiple Packages
Some orders may ship in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers at no additional charge.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the shipping date, please contact us at proyectos@in-sitearchitects.com with your order number and we will investigate.
